Our Process
Our comprehensive approach to architectural design encompasses various key phases, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful process for each project.

Feasibility Study & Conceptual Design
Our feasibility study and conceptual design process evaluates your property’s potential, identifies constraints, and aligns your goals with your budget. Through sketches and layouts, we explore creative, functional solutions to set a clear design direction before moving into detailed planning.

Schematic Design
In the Schematic Design Phase, we present at least three design options, exploring layouts, styles, and functionality. This process helps refine your vision, ensuring the final design aligns with your goals and budget.
Design Development
Building on the approved schematic design, this phase involves refining and detailing the concepts. We delve into material selections, spatial relationships, and functional considerations, bringing greater clarity and specificity to the design. This stage marks the transition from concept to a more detailed representation of the envisioned space.

Construction Documents
In the Construction Document Phase, we create detailed drawings and specifications that guide the builder in executing the design. These documents are also essential for obtaining building permits from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and securing construction loans from lenders
